Mario Gaspar-Jacinto was arrested as his traumatised victim was rushed to hospital with internal injuries.Police in Lake Worth, Florida, said the 23-year-old claimed he only stopped because his sister had walked in on him.
And when they asked him whether he had used protection, he reportedly replied:
“I don’t think so. I have no condoms.”According to the UK Sun, Jacinto was questioned by shocked police over the alleged horror assault last Sunday.The victim is believed to be one of several children living at the home.
According to the Palm Beach Post a police report said:
“The victim appeared to be scared and ashamed.”Cops could not confirm if any of the others had been subjected to abuse.But when asked Jacinto reportedly told officers it was the first time he had committed a sexual assault.
He now faces the charge of sexual battery on a child under 12 years old.
Investigators believe he may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the alleged attack.
